Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 base salary + production bonus + sign-on bonus

💡 What You’ll Do:
- Provide thoughtful, effective medical care and lead with empathy
- Work up cases with access to diagnostics including in-house lab, radiology, and more
- Manage your time and your team with support from helpful protocols and SOAP-based systems
- Take ownership of your cases while collaborating with a team that values shared knowledge
- Prioritize urgent care and help patients when they need it most
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and educate them on preventive care
👩⚕️ What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed DVM in good standing in the state of California
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and genuinely wants to make a difference
- Strong communicator with solid clinical judgment and a compassionate heart
