We are seeking to add an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team.

 

Part-time or Full-time candidates will be considered. 

  • The full-time schedule generally consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, while the part-time schedule typically includes 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on preference.
  • Experienced overnight ER DVMs can opt to work 9 shifts every month / 4-week block.
  • No mandatory on-call shifts!

Our ideal candidate:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent
  • An active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required, we will cover state licensure transfer fees
  • Passionate about practicing outstanding emergency veterinary medicine but also building and fostering a strong team 
  • Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients 
  • Some night and weekend shifts are required - open to discussion based on availability
