Position Details:
- Full-Time Schedule: 12 shifts per month (nights and weekends included)

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater) – ER DVMs averaging $275,000+ annually

What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- 3+ years of Emergency Veterinary Medicine experience preferred
- Proficiency in emergency surgery and critical care
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain – fees covered)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client and patient care

About The Clinic
We are a growing emergency veterinary care facility providing exceptional veterinary care in the Northwest Florida Panhandle. Our sister practice in Destin grew so much, we opened our flagship location in Niceville in 1995. We were created by area veterinarians to fill the after-hour and critical care needs of their patients, and we continue to serve that capacity for the entire region with two locations. Our full-service emergency and critical care practice is located on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida with its sugar sand beaches and multi-cultural lifestyle.
We see a large and diverse caseload and set high standards for emergency and critical care medicine. Our practice is well equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, doppler, and a surgical suite. We house a full-service Veterinary Reference Laboratory that provides STAT laboratory testing for our patients. We provide hematology, chemistry, endocrinology, coagulation, blood gas, lactate, urinalysis, and additional routine tests. We have a highly trained and experienced support staff with a high staff-to-doctor ratio to allow for excellence in the care of our emergency and critically ill patients. We take every step to give pets the best possible care and the first step is our wonderful staff.
