We are seeking a veterinary leader to join our practice as a Medical Director.

About the Role

Qualifications: 

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalent 
  • Active licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas (or eligibility). 
  • 5+ years of practice experience preferred
  • Positive and effective leadership experience 
  • A strong ability to manage staff and outcomes with emotional intelligence
  • Commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
  • Experience effectively delegating tasks and achieving results with practice team members
