We are seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join — and help lead — our exceptional AAHA-accredited practice in the heart of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

You’ll join a full-service, collaborative veterinary team dedicated to providing top-tier medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. Together with our sister location, we are proud to meet the rigorous standards of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) — a distinction achieved by fewer than 15% of practices in North America.

About the Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive environment that values both professional growth and work-life balance.

You will:

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced doctors, technicians, and support staff
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Contribute to our mission of excellence while upholding the standards of AAHA accreditation

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
  • Active or ability to obtain a Tennessee veterinary license in good standing
  • Strong surgical background preferred
  • Experience or interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, or urgent care
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Schedule

  • Full-time: 4 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling available — we work with our doctor team to create a balanced schedule that fits your lifestyle
